We loved the spacious guest room, but some areas seemed outdated, and it would be nice to have a bit more variety on the menu. It was a pleasant experience that we might consider repeating.

Outstandingly accommodating team at the reception desk. I had spotless, new-fashioned room complete with a comfortable bed, fully smart TV and an excellent shower. The hotel's location was magnificent, really close to Ireland, and particularly the inner garden. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was great!

Got reasonably large and huge room with a comfortable bed and a fan and great facilities - always come in handy.

The live entertainment was amazing, while the staff were friendly and cute. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing plenty of hot water for showers. Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues, the TV channels were not functioning, which limited options for entertainment, and the breakfast selection was on the lighter side. Despite this, I would consider returning if I'm back in the area.

The breakfast selection was good hot with many options for. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for exploring this especially nice area, close enough to Dundalk with nothing around except a gym and petrol station as well as the Fairways.

The location of the hotel is HANDY, close to the restaurant, and Ireland.

The staff excelled in professionalism, greeting each other and guests with genuine cheer. The modern design of the executive king room created a comforting atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, fresh and ready on time. I appreciated the ability to link my phone to the TV for easy streaming of my favorite shows.

Noise levels from events in-house made for a less restful night.

Just a suitable option for a mini-vacation in Dundalk with the best value for money ratio. The warm open foyer was a pleasant surprise. Request a room away from the courtyard if you're sensitive to noise.

The leisure facilities are a nice bonus and the carvery meal was plentiful. My room had tea-making facilities that were great for a nightcap.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at castle bellingham. Breakfast was really yummy, loads of choices and it was all cooked really good. Our room was super spacious and mega clean, felt really nice. The checkout time was chill at 12. Made it easier to pack up. Staff were friendly and helpful too!

The coffee machine was acting up so the coffee wasn't great. Would have liked a fresh coffee instead of machine stuff.
